Sunday catch up/Week 2 commitments

I went for a brisk walk this morning (giving my body a rest from jogging) for 45 minutes- pedometre says 4407 steps and 3.569km. THEN made Loj and the kids come with me this evening for another walk-another 45 mins! We must have been walking at a faster pace (didn't feel like it) because the ped said 5251 steps and 4.253km?!?! (Maybe this morning was a little quicker than 45 mins??)

I am really excited about jumping on the scales in the morning!!

My Week 2 Commitments:

*Continue couch to 5k program (add some more running)
*Exercise AT LEAST 5 times this week
*Drink more water (Stop taking a sip of coke from Loj's coke)
*Limit sugar points
*Continue no count plan
*Lose a kg??

Well done. I find pedometres a bit dodgy in their readings, but maybe that's because I'm a cheapskate.
