I am going to show you the results mainly in digiscrap form :) But in 12 weeks, I lost 7.8kg and a total of 47cm off my bod!!

Wow, you look fantastic. You must be so proud. And fitting into a 12 - amazing. I dunno how you do it - we are the same weight but I'm definitely a 16. I think I need to stop skipping the Ab Blast classes :)

Kathryn- how tall are you? That might have something to do with our weight being the same, but sizes different?
I know a lot of people look at me with disbelief when I tell them how much I do weigh...stupid heavy frame I have:)
