WTF? No 70s here!

WTF?!?! I am just home from my WW weigh in and I jumped on the scales all excited, only to find out that I am 81 effing kg! That is 0.2kg gain from last week, and 1.2kg gain since I weighed in at home on Monday morning.

I burst into tears when I saw that! I honestly was expecting to see the 70s at WW!! Luckily, it was pre-meeting time as I work there and only my leader and weigher were there. I felt so friggen cheated. WHY THE HELL the GAIN, when I have been exercising DAILY and even twice a day on some days!

I know I need to move on past this. It is just a number, and I should be feeling extremely proud of my fitness level. My leader depends on me to pipe up in the meetings with comments etc., so when it came to "Did anyone have a successful week?" I put my hand up and said that apart from my issues with the scales, I have started jogging and am feeling healthier. Sooooooooooooooooo, that is what I have to focus on this week. Next week there SHOULD be a loss if I keep doing what I am doing, shouldn't there?

Now, Jadey, I know you read my blog. I reported back with my Monday weigh in for the challenge. Should I just weigh myself at home each Monday still (like I have). Maybe it might show no WL next week?!?!?

Ahhhhh who knows?

File it, and move past it!

Hey Tess,
I am going to stick with no count this week to see how it goes. Surely there will be a WL NEXT week. Narelle was really supportive and thinks I haven't been eating enough...dunno! AND what is with this weather??Is it raining or low lying cloud?

I'm sure that big loss will come next week hun...you're doing great with the jogging....you should be proud of yourself!

Stick to the modays hun - You may show a gain, you may show a loss, you mau maintain - but either way you give yourself a week to get to it so you'll better your chances. Weight is a funny funny thing and I LOVE the cartoon of the 2 little girls looking at the scales where oen says to the other "Don't stand on them - they make you cry"

I was saying to Mum today that I bought this pair of pants I was wearing today at the end of last year. They gave me a huge muffin top when I bought them and today I was forever pulling them up! BUT my weight really hasn't changed that much - maybe 1 or 2 kilograms. My body is changing though! It's not showing on the scales!

So my whole point is - chip up and walk on!
