Yeah...I am here
Well I got my butt out of bed this morning and headed off for my jog! I can now do over half my walking distance in a jog! Very proud of me.
I did have a little breakdown around lunch, trying to work out what to eat. Had to get TJ fed and then head to the shops to buy food. Not good. Felt like crap and was really upset about my lack of loss last night and wondering if the no count system was for me. I think I am going to stick with it though. One thing I am confused about. Fruit juice is not on the no count list, but if it is PURE fruit juice, isn't that the same as squeezing a few oranges????'''
This evening, I went for a 45 minute walk with Loj and the kids. We want to do that at least 4 times a week as it gives the kids some fresh air and Loj and I a chance to talk. When we are home, we have the kids, tv, computers, dinner, housework etc keeping us busy, so we thought this 45 min is a good recap time.
That is it for now...don't have much else to say :)

It's nice to get out and go for a walk with the family. We were doing it regularly until Bill broke his ankle....I miss going! But he's slowly getting better so we'll start going again soon.
YAY for you joggin half your walking route...way to go!!!
