Upper Body ouchies

Well day 2 of BFL! Had a good breakfast of a boiled egg, fresh fruit salad sprinkled with rolled oats.

HEaded to the gym to do upper body. OMG! I have never done so much for just upper body. I usually do 45 mins weights, but that includes both upper and lower body! Have to research and check with PT about which exercises are specifically for back/shoulders etc :)

OMG...as I type this, Charlotte is next to me doing "Burpies" that I did last week in the back yard and adding her "now run". If anything, I am setting a great example for my kids :)

I had my first Myoplex shake today!! THe chocolate one that Jadey sent me. I definitely LOVE that! They only have vanilla at until the shipment come in at the shop I have already paid for. I really want the choclovers one I think! I might have to take you up on getting some from you Jadey until the shipment comes in. I can either pay you for them or as you suggested, send some back to you when they come back. Either way! I need to make sure they send the bars though! I am trying out some from Coles (different varieties) and will do for the moment, until my order comes in.

I found it hard yesterday to eat the 6 meals. I think it is because the breakfast was so full on. I think I would change this morning's breakfast to no egg, but putting cottage cheese over the fruit to add to the protein (is that right??). Ummm and would the rolled oats be carbs??

Okies....gonna play with the kiddles as it is back to work for me tomorrow :( Don't feel like I have had a holiday at all! Roll on Christmas I say!! :)
