WK 3 Commitments
Ok... this is what I am hoping for week 3:
* Drink more water
* Return to points plan and track
* Limit sugar points
* Continue the couch to 5k plan (hard...am returning to f/t work)
*Walk every night (weather permitting) with the family
* Lose SOMETHING!!! A kg would be nice!!
Weighed in this morning for Wk2 results and was 79.8kg. It means...I have maintained from Monday am to Monday am. Just not looking forward to WW tomorrow night! :(
