Reporting back on week 3
* Drink more water yea, did this
* Return to points plan and track ummm didn't track!
* Limit sugar points Hmmm...didn't go over them!
* Continue the couch to 5k plan (hard...am returning to f/t work) Did ok
*Walk every night (weather permitting) with the family Well weather permitting, I did! Thurs/Fri was raining:)
* Lose SOMETHING!!! A kg would be nice!! Don't know...weigh in tomorrow
